We look forward to it Judy. Any cool new stuff that screams summer? In the process of making the summer menu and looking for some inspiration to go along with the perspiration.

I have been remiss in posting recently. But I want to show y'all a couple of the summer dishes.

The wings are cooked in bacon fat, deboned, stuffed with blue cheese, and then put on a hot sauce with celery leaves. Wicked.

The basil is from our garden, buffalo moz, heirloom tomato's, on grilled bread.

Cheers,

Toby

Congratulations on the Times plug, Toby and gang!

This is my first post on eGullet (having lurked for years) and I wanted to "use" it to say that my S.O. and I have thoroughly enjoyed our previous 2 visits to the Patterson House and will be on to our third there this weekend (and we'd go more often if we actually *lived* in Nashville!) We also second the recommendation for your Bacon Old Fashioned, loved the Spring Sidecar and are looking forward to sampling the new (to us) drinks.

(especially since we'll be looking to make up for the disappointing fact that Zola's closed this week and Miro District is booked out for a private function on Friday night!)

A testimonial:

We stopped at Patterson House on Friday when in Nashville and thoroughly enjoyed our-selves. Sorry we missed seeing Toby but our "mixologist" whose name, I think, was John was very good and was an absolute delight. We are making Patterson House (now that we know where it is) a stop every time we visit Nashville.

in loving memory of Mr. Squirt (1998-2004)--

the best cat ever.

Wifey and I stopped in Nashville on our way back up north just to check out TPH.... Had a slew of drinks, all well made, excellent looking place, knowledgeable staff, definitely worth the effort. Also, Josh went out of his way to get us reservations at a great restaurant, last minute. Thanks for the hospitality!
